Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures specified for the process Uses step-by-step systematic process to reach decisions Responsible for working on exceptions generated and provide resolutions within agreed service levels Respond to queries raised by internal and external customers as required Maintaining accuracy of information filled in / given to customers Supports client values and policies Ensures all transactions are managed from end to end
