Job Role: Process Associate - Sales Commission
B Com / BBM / MBA (Finance)
Minimum of 1 yr. experience in Finance /Accounting
Customer Focus and flexibility
Effective communication : both written and verbal
Good knowledge of MS Excel – particularly formulas and Pivots
Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
Ability to perform under established policies and a proven track record in meeting stringent deadlines.
Acumen to understand upstream and downstream linkages of the process.
Well organized and ability to understand customer workflow and priorities.
Problem solving approach and experience in dealing with huge data sets.
