Job Role: Technical Voice Support

Good Communication skills - written and verbal. ( Hindi & English )

Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.

Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills.

Sound Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Work in Shifts.

Salary would be 7500/- inhand

 Will provide \'L1\' (Technical ) support to customers.

Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.

Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone support for customers.

Walkin Dates On 8th,11th and 12th Feb 2013 @ Time : 10am to 4pm
