Job Role: Help Desk Associate
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
Engineer with good academic background along with MCP/MCSA or A+certifications.
A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
Prior work experience as a Helpdesk Associate preferred.
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving
Strong customer service skills.
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support.
Trouble shooting related problems over phone and remotely
Complete some administrative tasks, such as tracking help desk call process, assisting with organizational efforts and asset management
Working in shifts.
IT team projects as assigned.
