Job Role: Finance Associate - Accounts Payable
Job Summary :
Responsible for processing of PO and Non-PO supplier invoices adhering to SLA Maintain the vendor database and creation/updates of new/existing vendors Perform payment audit for various AP locations Communicate with suppliers/employees to get the day to day queries resolved Liaison with Treasury/GL/Finance/Tax teams across the globe as and when required Perform various reconciliations i.e. supplier, bank, AP to GL as and when required Suggest process improvements and help other members in implementation Work on special projects as and when required
Eligibility:
Commerce Graduate with MBA Finance / M. Com / CFA with excellent academics background. 0-1 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) function. Freshers are also considered. Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should have very good MS- Excel skills
Note: Should be willing to work in shift environment.
