Job Role: System Administrator / IT Support

Job Summary:

Level-1 Support with user front ending skills

 Troubleshooting and problem solving

 Basic knowledge on Windows Server/System Administration

 Must be familiar with DNS, DHCP, WSUS & AV

Technical Skills (Desirable):

Knowledge on Linux and Networking area

 ITIL Process Framework awareness/exposure

Knowledge of Servers, Networking, Exchange, SafeNet, PGP, Remote Technical Support and must be familiar with hardware spares etc.

Soft Skills:

 Excellent Verbal and Written English communication

 Must possess good analytical skills

 Proactive and taking the initiative

 IT Processes awareness
