Job Role: Work Flow Admin

Job Summary :

• First point of contact for all work requests related to operations.

 • To analyze and identify the purpose of the e-mail.

 • To assign the e-mail to the respective team.

 • To ensure that the work requests are closed on time.

 • Building healthy work relationship with peers to understand their work requests.

 • Alignment of the emails in their respective folders.

 • Create work requests for Operations and ensuring that the TAT is met.

Qualifications

 Excellent Communication Skills

 Graduates( B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BBM- 2011 and 2012)
