Designation: Tech Support Engineer
Location: Kolhapur (Maharashtra)
Job profile : 1.Attending Technical queries of domestic customer preferably related to virus or antivirus with time bound solutions and proficient manner. 2.Provide support to customer through phone,remote and on-site visit by using strong analytical skill. 3.Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems. 4.Dealers Eng / Staff Training
Education: -Graduate with minimum 01 years experience in Tech Support. - Excellent in troubleshooting & networking. - Good analytical skills - Must be willing to handle onsite calls also. - Male candidates only. - Must have a 2 wheeler -Only male candidates will be preferred
