Designation : Associate (Customer Support)
Handling Customer Complaints / queries and ability to communicate in English, Bengali & Hindi.
Fair Knowledge of the geographical know how of the city.
Comply with Quality Guidelines while Handling calls for Inbound
Specific Skills :
Active Listening (Oral Comprehension, Oral Expression) in Vernacular Language
Excellent Communication Skills.
