Job Role: Process Associate
The candidate should be any graduates / B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc., Integrated Course and MCA.
Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and job location is Chennai.
Should be able to work in a fast-changing fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English – any additional language is a plus.
Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills, team player.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Enjoys working in an international and multi-cultural company with colleagues from all over the world.
Assist the Process Leads in delivering quality work.
Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments.
Responsible for team\'s work quality and accuracy.
Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members.
Participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition.
Ability to communicate with the Business Centre via email and phone .
Keen to work with numbers and MS office.
