    Arranging and sorting papers on the table and up keeping of

    office

    Screening incoming calls and taking messages

    Maintaining schedule of appointments

    Attending meetings both inside and outside the office and 

    prepare minutes of meeting

    Coordinate and arrange business meetings, conferences,

   events and various programs. Prepare minutes/ agenda for the

   same.

    Extend Hospitality to the Guests/Visitors (Arranging water,

    tea, coffee etc.)

    Making appropriate travel arrangements with 100 % accuracy.

    Maintaining record of incoming / outgoing mail, fax and inter-

    office memo sent/ received by / for the

    Updating itinerary / travel diary / Frequent flier Mileage 

    Statements.

    Updating address / telephone diary.

    Tracking down subscription/ renewal of credit cards and

     Memberships of Clubs and other cultural/professional bodies

     and inform about the facilities offered to the     member.

    Keeping track of upcoming Birthdays/ Wedding dates/

    Anniversaries of relatives, friends and business associates and

    reminding Director of the same. In case the     Director is not

    in town,

   greetings to be sent to them in the prescribed standard

    format.

    Preparation / printing of Seasons greetings for the Directors

     business associates, friends and relatives.

    Keeping adequate inventory of computer peripherals and

    company / personal letter heads, envelopes, continuation

    sheets, visiting cards and inter-office memo\'s used     by you.

 

 

   Female Graduates with pleasing personality and the ability to

   work independently with high level of integrity, Multitasking, .

   interpersonal and analytical skills.

   Highly organized with an ability to correspond & communicate

    most effectively.

   Effective planning & organizing skills with attention to detail

  Well Versed and exposed to International Travel bookings,

   passport &Visa facilities.

  Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills

  Professional knowledge in Microsoft Office and other

   applications
