The candidate should possess Bachelor and/or Masters degree from any recognized university.
Should have good communication skills and verbal ability.
The GTP is a 18-24 month training and developmental program for individuals which specifically prepares for a challenging position after the program ends.
By working within a team, managing responsibilities in challenging projects as well as rotating through different units.
