Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.

Prepare for service by ensuring:

Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with company standards

Outlet equipment is clean, sorted and stored

Glassware and flatware is polished

Side stations are prepared with all requisite supplies

Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service

Flowers and table decorations are fresh and comply with agreed standards.

Tables are set

o Carry out effective food and beverage service by ensuring:

Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly.

Used ashtrays are regularly replaced / cleaned

Food, dishes, trays and silverware is carried form kitchens and supply department to side stations.

Serving water, bread baskets, butter to guests as soon as they are seated.

Serving food to guests when stewards, stewardesses need assistance

Remove dirty dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.

Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
