Job Role: Tech Support Engineer L1
Quick Heal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a leading IT security solutions and ISO 9001 certified company invites freshers for the profile of Tech Support Engineer- L1 for Surat.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling local support calls. Conduct dealer engineers training of respective areas. Coordinating with core support team for faster solution. He will be also responsible for giving pre sales demo of UTM product and corporate products in coordination with sales team.
May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required. Desired Profile Excellent Communication skills, both written & oral Good Presentation Skills. Should be able to handle team of engineers. Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must.
Walk-in for technical test on Friday & Saturday - 26th & 27th April 2013 between 10 AM to 4 PM at below address-
