Job Role Technical Support Engineer
• Provides troubleshooting and technical support to end-users via phone, web based tools and email. • Assists the customer base during installations and advises customers regarding the product\'s proper use and address specific user issues. • Participates and assists in product launch events, business promotion events and other promo events. • Performs problem analysis and resolution of software problems for all end-users • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
