Job Role Technical support executive
Need 150 Technical support executives for one of our MNC ,
Semi Technical process , Provide a high quality phone and on-line technical and customer service support for end-user customers. Should know how to excel and exceed customer’s expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations
Process Specifications :
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Position – Technical Advisor
34. Shift Timings – 24*7 (US)
5. Qualification/ Work Knowledge – Undergrad/Any Grad/ Experienced
(* BE/B.Tech/Undergrad with one year of international BPO calling experience)
6. Technical Knowledge/Skills Required : Should be well versed with computers, basic keyboarding skills & fair knowledge of browsers Prior experience of Semi-Tech process such as: ISP, DTH (Direct to Home) TV, Broadband and Home phone/Landline. Problem Analysis and Resolution/Technical Knowledge/Customer Orientation: Process inclination towards Tech or “at least” Semi-Tech LOB - Preferred Prior experience of handling Broadband/ISP/DTH – Preferred People from processes with Tech and Customer Support background – Preferred
7. 6 Days Working / 9 Hours Login
8. 1 rotational off
9. Interview Process :: HR Round à Operations Round à Offer rollout à Joining
Salary Slabs: 204,000 Lac to 300,000 Lac (based on experience and last drawn salary)
