Job Role Software Engineer
Applied Materials, Inc.is a capital equipment producer serving the semiconductor, TFT LCD display, Glass, WEB and solar (crystalline and thin film) manufacturing industries. The company is headquartered in Santa Clara, California in the Silicon Valley.Applied Materials creates and commercializes nano manufacturing technology used in the production of semiconductor (integrated circuit) chips for electronic gear, flat panel displays for computers and television, glass coatings for homes and buildings, web (flexible substrate) coatings for industry and photovoltaic solar cells and modules using both thin film and crystalline (aka wafer or bulk) photovoltaic technology.
• The candidate should have completed BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 2+ years directly related experience. • MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 0-2 years directly related experience. • Preferred previous work experience includes software engineering with real-time control. • The candidate should have skills and abilities to perform job include strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Should have the ability to work in a team, and ability to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
• The selected candidate will involve in developing code for software projects, and design and implement bug fixes and designs software projects. • Defines software specifications. • Performs software tests on code and enhancements. • Troubleshoots software problems of moderate difficulty. • Develops software documentation. • Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis Note: Submit Your Resume |
