 Beta Soft Systems, which is in the business of IT Staffing and Consulting since June 2005 with headquarter in Fremont, CA; & Indian Operations in Panchkula, (HR) is looking for energetic IT recruiters for it’s US team.

 We are hiring individuals who have made a meaningful difference in their past organizations; those people who can identify an opportunity, set benchmarks, and then execute to achieve or exceed them.

 

Responsibilities:

 Ø  Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.

 Ø  Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications and exp.

 Ø  Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.

 Ø  Maintain effective relationship with on-projects candidates & potential candidates

 Ø  Exceptional Communication Skills

 Ø  Proven ability to source passive candidates.

 Ø  Must have a proven track record of recruiting and retaining candidates.

 Ø  Persuasion and negotiation skills are among the best. Able to make a positive first impression.

 Ø  Ability to effectively communicate with candidates.

 Ø  Prior IT recruiting experience is an ADD ON.

 Ø  Must be a quick learner.

 Ø  Should be A Team player

 Ø  Able to work under pressure situations

 

 

Responsibilities:

 * Collaborate with clients to own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process.

 * Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout recruiting process.

 * Maintain effective vendor relation and Vendor Management System.

 * Maintain effective relationship with on-projects candidates & potential candidates

 * Effectively sell candidates and close open IT positions.
