Walk-in Drive for Exciting Offers for Voice Process at Dell Services-22nd June 2013
Claims Follow-up and Management on behalf of the Clients.
Direct B2B calls are made to US Health Insurance companies to update and resolve the status of outstanding claims on the client software.
The process is an US Outbound process (Night Shifts 6 PM - 3 PM).
Graduates / diploma holders from any discipline can apply.
B.E/ B.Tech graduates in with less than 70% can apply and engineering graduates from IT & CSE cannot apply
(MCA, MSCIT,MSC Computer Science will not be eligible)
2013 arts & science, engineering graduates,diploma holders with no standing arrears can also apply.
Candidates with international calling experience for more than 6 months do not have percentage limitations.
