Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I), BCA/BSc - (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics)
Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus
Good problem solving and prioritization skills
Strong academic background and good attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have good customer handling skills
Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
CCNA/MCP/MSCA preferred
