Graduate Engineer Trainee
Independent troubleshooting within SLA
Manage Customer escalations
Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices
Implementing New technologies and Design changes
Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech in (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I)/ BCA (Computers)/B.Sc in
(Computers, Maths, Statistics) degree from a recognised university.
Should have 60% throughout in academics, No current backlogs.
Willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad.
Willing to sign the bond of 18 months and probation of 15 months.
Willing to work in 24*7 environment.
