Software Engineer

Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education. 

Technical background , knowledge and understanding of following to do development and 

implementation of End Point Management: 

SSL Certificate Management: Understanding of CSR , CRL , Certificate Authority , Certificate Issuing etc. 

Understanding of PCI Guidelines and exposure o Windows 2012 Server Administrator and Knowledge 

Basic Network and Firewall understanding 

Active Directory Provide Tier-3 support for the assigned application area with the help of other team members. 

Analyze the issues and generate the re-production steps. o Fix the bugs & test the fix. 

Get the work reviewed by senior members. 

Get help of senior team members to follow-up with the user to ensure the closure. 

Ensure Support SLA compliance for assigned tasks. 

Provide off hours support as required. 

Provide technical analysis , debugging and problem solving skills.
