Candidates should possess B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a Reputed government college 

1-3 years of relevant experience

Should have Technical knowledge

Monitoring and control of operating parameters of all the equipments within the set limit for 

uninterrupted efficient and safe operation of Power Plant in order to meet customers requirement of 

uninterrupted and quality supply of electrical power steam cooling water and naphtha at optimum 

cost in order to achieve overall objective of power plant.

Optimising Production Ensure uninterrupted supply of quality utilities Steam Power Cooling water 

and Naphtha at optimum cost to customers.

Quality Optimise Process parameters in order to produce standard quality utilities.

Training & Development Training & Development of Subordinates.Imparting skill base training in shift 

to achieve zero misopearation

Safety & Hygiene & Environment Ensure safe working environment to achieve zero accident.

Cost Effectiveness Ensure optimum Sp. Energy / chemical consumption in shift to reduce production
