Processing and Quality checking Queue Allocation & Management Contribute to the designing of lifecycle process frameworks that would include drafting & reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) of key processes Ensuring compliance of all internal policies Providing timely updates to TL and onshore counterparts Monitor to see if all HR queries are responded on time in accordance with the SLA Ensure complete documentation is maintained as per SLA Able to manage escalations, exceptional cases and complex issues with limited supervision Self – motivated, disciplined and a strong focus towards Client satisfaction Stakeholder Management is critical and She/He must build strong relationships to partner with multiple teams within the organization Effective/Accurate and timely reporting skills Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to work with leadership as required. Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical skills Multitasking and meeting deadlines Team player Process and result oriented Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (MS-Word & MS-Excel) Able to handle, with maturity, escalations, work pressure in demanding situations Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly 0-1 year of experience in Data management Bachelors’ Degree in any stream.
