You'd be working in green field projects using as ASP.net 3.5, WCF and Silverlight 3, on Architectures such as NetTiers, Subsonic, DLINQ, CSLA, NHibernate etc. You must be able to hit the ground running and would be thrown straight into live projects which uses all the above mentioned tools /technologies.
