Fresh Non-Engineering Graduates(2008 or 2009), are invited for a job opening in Bangalore with our clients a highly reputed CMM Level5 MNC IT Company having global presence.
Opening: System Support Professionals on Windows
The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:
Selection process:
Send across your CV for shortlisting. If you match our requirement we would call you for an aptitude test near your current location. On clearing the aptitude test you have to go through a personal interview with us.
After initial selection:
On clearing the aptitude test and first round of interview, you would be called for a personal interview after 2 days. On selection, you would be trained on Windows administration.
The training fees payable shall be Rs. 40000/-. During the training there would be on-going assessment to ensure there is no complacency on your part and after the completion of training, there would be one more round of technical interview by the client to ensure that the training has been taken very seriously and assimilated. Only if you clear the interview, you will be absorbed by the client on its payroll. Also 50% of the training fees would be refunded to you after you join the services of our client. The salary on absorption shall be Rs. 14,000/- per month. Candidates who fail the technical interview will not be eligible for any job offer or refund. Before joining our client, you will have to sign an employment bond/bank guarantee for 1 year with our client.
