Our Innoveer India office is looking to hire an Associate Developer to join its team of developers based in New Mumbai. The new Associates will be focused in our SaaS (software as a service) services focusing on both Oracle (Siebel) OnDemand and SalesForce.com technologies with an opportunity to expand into other technologies as well.
Associate Consultant
As an Associate Developer at Innoveer Solutions India you will be an integral part of the project team. To be successful in this role you will require a strong desire to learn new technologies and work in a team environment with both offshore and onshore colleagues. And you will enjoy both implementing technology as well as understanding the business context of the project and helping design the overall solution with the onshore project team.

Ideal candidates will have an in depth IT/Computer Science education coupled with business awareness and a strong desire to become a consultant. Preference will be given to candidates who have excelled in IT classroom assignments and/or project based internships, as well as gained some practical work experience.
Primary responsibilities include all or some of the following:
• Configuring and customizing SaaS and CRM software
• Documenting functional requirements and creating technical designs
• Data integration/development
• Identifying and communicating project issues appropriately
Required qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0-2 years of technical development experience; knowledge of and/or on the job or classroom experience with a few of the following:
- Database concepts and SQL writing skills
- Object Oriented Programming
- Custom Development (experienced with JavaScript, VB6, VB.Net, or C#)
- Basic knowledge of CRM packaged applications and SaaS solutions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent presence, communication, and presentation skills
• Enthusiasm and ability to grasp new technologies quickly
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally if necessary
