Responsibility would be
- To source talent from various conventional & non conventional channels.
- Researching structures of organizations.
- Finding out talent profiles of organizations.
- Working with the resource managers of our company as well as our clients to understand skill profiles of talent.
- Understanding the emerging trends in the industry as Renewable Energy Sector etc. and developing a talent databaase
- Benchmarking various best practises in the area of talent management and presenting regular reports.
- Managing information to develop understanding about the efficacy of the sourcing process.
- The job would entail both within office and field work.
- Managing relationship with various educational institutes fir campus activities.
- Fresh Graduates (Psychology - Hons preffered) with atleast 60% and above marks.
- BBA freshers with 55% marks and above
- Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Office and ability to do research on the net.
