Qualification for Testing Freshers :
Degree in engineering, science and commerce from UGC recognized universities
Proven Software Testing Training (2-3 months ) & Certifications from reputed Bangalore Institutes
Good communication skill

Recruitment Terms & Conditions :
"If selected, Junior Test Engineers need to furnish Rs.1 lakh and sign security bond of 2 years. After completion of two years Rs.90 thousand will refunded to the candidate along with benefits."
Position: Test- Trainers
Must have atleast 2-3 yrs experiance in Training on Testing
Good knowledge of testing methodologies
Good knowledge on tools like QTP, Loadrunner, Winrunner, Silk test
Good knowledge on Manual and Automation Testing
Good Communication skill
Position: IT Sales/Presales
MBA with 2-3 years of experience with IT/ITES domain
Strong understanding of software service delivery process
Strong communication skill
