EIL has opportunities for the following :
M01 Management Trainee (BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg)) :
For the Postion of Management Trainee only those candidates who have Passes out in 2009 OR Passing out in MID 2010 are eligible to Apply.
M03 Engineer (ME/ M.Tech/ M.Sc (Engg)) :
For the position of Engineer only those candidates who are Passing out 2010 are eligible to apply.

Selection for Management Trainee :
The selection methodology will comprise of Written test and Interview. The written test is likely to be conducted in June/July 2010 (tentative). The candidates short-listed in the written test will be required to appear for interview.

Selection for Engineers :
The selection will be through Interview.
Emoluments & Placement :
For MT : During Traing (One year Training period), Rs.25,000/- CTC : (Approx.) Rs.3.75 LACS P.A.
On Successful Completion of Training MTs will be considered for absorption as ENGINEER in the regular pay scale of Rs.20600-46500
For Engineers : Engineers on induction will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.20600-46500 at basic salary of Rs. 20600/-p.m. CTC : (Approx.) Rs. 6.6. LACS per annum
Application Fee :
Candidates belonging to General category and OBC category are required to pay examination fee of Rs.300/-in the form of Demand Draft (DD). The DD is non refundable and should be drawn in favour of "Engineers India Limited", payable at New Delhi. (Only for Management Trainees. No application fee is to be enclosed for the post of "Engineer".)
