Security for the Bond: Since the company is training candidates for the project, free of cost, and then the candidates would be working on the project thereon, the company expects some sort of security that the candidate does not quit the firm until the end of the bond period(1 year). Therefore, the candidate would need to provide the following
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Since there is a lot of fuss about original certificates legally, the candidate can deposit a refundable security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- which is totally refundable after one year.
