Responsible for recruitment at lower & middle levels within the organization. Maintaining the Recruitment database. Taking care of the interviews at Lower levels. Co- coordinating with the candidates for interview line ups. Scheduling the interviews through various sources of recruitment. Should have theoretical knowledge of HR, Should have excellent communication (verbal & written), & interpersonal skills. Should be able to handle stressful situations. Should have reasonable level of analytical skills to draft policies to suit organizational goals. Should be target focused with excellent reporting skills. Should be a ‘people’s’ person. |
