Dear Candidate, We are looking out for the below mentioned required for Telecom Giant. The JD for the requirement is as follows: Should have thorough IP networking background Should have expertise in basic computer programming, Microsoft Office Programs like PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc Should have good communication skills and command over English language Should have thorough analytical skills. Should have good leadership qualities Should be able to withstand high pressures in his profile. Should be ready for working in a 24 x 7 shift schedule for all the 365 days Should be able to shoulder additional responsibilities within the specified Timeframe along with qualitative approach. Should have a team building capability.
Key Role Deliverables:
1) Creation of RFOs
2) Analysis on all the RFO related cases
3) MIS Reports with presentations
4) Perfect performance analysis on the reports
