Software QA Engineer
Manual testing of web-based products with some automation for load testing.
- Exploratory testing
- Browser compatibility testing
- Creation and implementation of test cases
- Frequent communication with QA team, Developers, and Account Managers
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and written/oral communication skills are a must
- Strong capacity to understand and apply broad concepts in a technical environment is strongly required.
- Ability to adopt an end-user perspective is required
- Experience with a bug tracking tool is preferred
- Ad hoc skills are helpful, but not required. It is more important that the candidate has the aptitude for exploratory troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required
