Sourcing resumes from various sources (like job portals, Head Hunting & Networking), organizing interviews & closing the positions for various locations / roles.
Call up Potential Candidates and Screen them through Preliminary Interviews.
• Candidate should be a Graduate, ability to close bulk positions and prior work experience of recruitment.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling all levels recruitments across locations.
• Should be excellent at Relationship mgmt & Networking.
• Any Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in recruitment.
