Technical Support Associate
• In this role it is expected that the Technical Support Associate answers calls from customers requiring technical assistance.
•Each call will comprise diagnosis of the problem and troubleshooting and upselling (post resolution).
•Each call is expected to end in complete resolution for the customer.
•The Technical Support Associate needs to use defined escalation path at appropriate time for timely customer issue resolution.
•The associate needs to have a clear understanding of the support policies & technical troubleshooting and should be able to deliver appropriate solution ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Open to work in night shifts
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ungraduates who are pursuing graduation through correspondence may also apply, if they meet the below mentioned criteria:-
a. Undergarduates with 12 months of International BPO experience
b. Undergarduates with 18 months of Domestic BPO experience
c. Undergarduates with more than 24 months of work experience in non BPO (customer facing role)
d. Freshers (BA/ BCom/ BTech) who have appeared in the final semseter exams & results are awaited (with no backlogs) are also eligible
