1) Level 1 Technical Production Support
2) Provide client support & technical issue resolution
3) Monitoring, routine tasks, report generations
4) Code maintenance & support
Fast learner & ability to work/learn independently
Able to monitor & promptly communicate support related issue
Open to work in day/night shifts(No night shifts for girls)
Good reasoning & problem solving ability
Good written& verbal communication
