Phoenix Advanced Softwares Pvt. Ltd., a Software Development Company urgently requires Fresher Software Developers for its newly opened office in Jaipur.
Position Title: Software Developer (Fresher)
Qualification: Any Graduate BE / B. Tech. / MCA 2009 or 2010 Passouts.
Software Development using AJAX, JavaScript, DHTML, ASP, HTML, CSS and API Integrations.

4. At least 60% marks in Graduation

Recruitment Terms:
Phoenix Advanced Softwares is looking for Qualified Fresh BE Engineers (All Branches / BE Computers, IT Preferred) for the post of Software Developers. The company invests a significant amount and effort in training the freshers, so the minimum expectation from the candidate is that he/she should be associated with the company for at least a period of One year.
1. For the benefit of both the Candidate and the Company, there is a Service Agreement of One years. The candidates are expected to work with us for a minimum period of One years.
2. As a security to the Service Agreement, the candidate needs to deposit the original marksheets of X, XII, and Engineering all Marksheets and Degree, at the time of joining. The candidate will receive the marksheets after successful completion of 1 year of Service Agreement.
3. The salary structure of the candidate is decided as Rs. 5,000-100-7,000 per month. This means that the salary of the candidate will be increased by Rs. 100 per month till it reaches Rs. 7,000 pm. After this, there will be another appraisal for the evaluation of performance of the candidate.
