Process Trainee (CRM), (Software Industry)
Process Trainees are trained on CRM best practices & our product. They work with the customers to help them plan & execute CRM strategies. For this they constantly interact with customers with people across departments, including top management
1. CRM understanding
2. Study and understand client processes
3. Engage in client deliveries by being part of the implementation team. configuration of client processes.
4. Solution consultant to clients problem
5. Providing post implementation support.
