Finding and identifying projects for IT Professionals as per requirement by client. Handle the placement life cycle like, posting / submitting resumes, schedule interviews and Follow-ups with the candidates and Clients. Build and maintain contacts with clients.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Knowledge of IT technologies.
* Experience using various job boards such as monster.com, naukri.com, etc. including job posting.
