DIV Base clean, structured & compliant xHTML code for web front-ends. Integrate html code within the Wordpress template.
W3C Validations. Ability to code HTML5 and CSS3. Ability to exclusively use layers (DIV) instead of tables.
Good HTML & CSS fundamentals (with ability to code HTML5 and CSS3)
Ability to hand-code HTML inside a plain text editor
