IT Helpdesk--Fresher /Experience Looking for Both

Qualifications
: Graduate / diploma

Work Experience Around 12 months in a similar role

Competencies Should be fully open/ willing to attending in rotational shifts under 24*7 service delivery environment.

Good Customer Handling skills

Good oral and written communication skills, specialy phone and email communications

Good Analytical skills

Should be a quick learner

Sufficiently good typing Speed

Roles and Responsibilities A service desk coordinator is to be a single point of contact for the users to report any IT related issues

Identification and Classification /Categorization of Tickets logged

Assigning Tickets to relevant workgroups

Followups on the Tickets with Engineers /Vendors until Call Resolution

Monitor the service desk tool for open incidents/ tickets

Ensuring complete notes updation

Adherence to documented processes

Escalation as per the escalation matrix & Follow up until resolution

Call analysis and generation of reports

Any other task which may fall under the purview of IT Service Desk assigned by the Site TL /Manager

Facilities Cab pick up and drop from IBM Daksh (as per feasibility)

Work hours 24*7 model (rotatoinal shifts)
