Trainee (IT Infrastructure Support) – Strictly FRESHERS

Work location: Chennai (client site)
Providing remote infrastructure support to US/Europe clients (Non-Voice). Work involve understanding customer needs and providing technical support & troubleshooting the queries.
Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/BSc/Diploma - 2008/2009/2010 pass out
Your graduation should have covered computers as a subject
10th Std – 50% minimum
12th Std – 50% minimum
Graduation – 50% minimum
Diploma – 50% minimum
Skills Required :
· Good verbal and written English communication skills
· Desire to build a career in Infrastructure management
Work timings: Current requirement is strictly for UK or US shifts on a turn basis
