In order to meet the challenges, Coal India requires young, energetic and dynamic persons as Management Trainees in different disciplines. · Management Trainees : 1286 Posts · Pay Scale : E1 grade Rs.16400- 40500 and on successful completion of training will be posted in the E2 grade Rs.20600-46500 · Age : 30 years as on 31/3/2011.
