Excellent opportunity with Thinksoft- Executive (Commercials)
We have excellent openings for the Freshers /Experienced with Excellent communication skill.
• The role is with Commercial Management Team and primarily would involve coordination for RFP (Request for Proposals) and other proposals.
• Main responsibilities with respect to proposals / RFP’s would be:
o Understanding the proposal requirements
o Coordinating with all stakeholders ( delivery, sales, marketing and other departments) involved to ensure that the different sections of the proposal are completed within the published schedule
o Ownership for the commercial section of the proposal which would include rates as well as terms and conditions.
o Presenting the commercials to the senior teams for review and sign off ( as and when required). Working out the profitability of the assignment
• Working with different teams to prepare the rate card for different countries.
• Management reporting and report / MIS generation
• Coordination for contracts with customers
• Role would involve interaction with senior stakeholders in all streams and candidate should be able to clearly and concisely present information.
Excellent communication is mandatory**
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
* Excellent in Number calculation
* The ability to demonstrate very good communication skills & interpersonal skills
* Confident with the ability to interact with senior members of the organization
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
* Strong in MS Office
* Base location could be Chennai
