What we are looking for
We welcome technical specialists in areas such as software development, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations or Implementation but your capacity to learn and grow with us is equally as important as any technical skills you may already possess. You’ll need to be a strong communicator, highly flexible and able to understand the commercial as well as technical challenge of your role. You won’t necessarily need a degree in IT, but you will need a real interest in the world of finance and a passion for the possibilities that the latest technologies open, not in an abstract way, but in a manner that drives results and generates business success.
