Description:

Responsible for call audits 30+ agents and Maintaining quality parameters for Outbound process.

One on One feedback and session of all agents to improve quality.

Creating quality improvement plan for all agents Outbound process.

Analysis on Various reports like MIS, MTD & Internal reports.

Product training or refresher training and conducting product quiz.

Call calibration with internal and externals Quality Team members, TL’s & Operation TL

Candidate with Minimum experience of 6 months
