Walk in for Tech Support Engineer on 7th to 9th August 2012 @ Quick Heal, Madurai

1. Handling escalated calls & regular cases via phone, remote & on-site.
2. Troubleshooting & problem reporting
3. Report maintenance :
a. Service reports
b. CRM reports
c. Training reports
4. Dealer Enggs Training
5. Staff Training
6. In addition to the above, this profile covers pre-sales tech support also.

Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate with minimum 01 year experience in Networking & troubleshooting.
- Excellent knowledge of Networking & troubleshooting.
- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Local language is a must.
- Male candidates only.
- Must have a 2 wheeler.
