Company Ernst & Young Job Role: Customer Support Associate Job Summary : The main objective of the role is to resolve queries related to Finance and Accounts (F&A) by handling inbound calls and emails coming from internal customers and also Ernst & Young vendors. Your client responsibilities: CSR is expected to provide call/email support for time and expense, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, engagement maintenance and reporting inquiries CSR is expected to co-ordinate with all the departments and resolve the customer query Provide feedback and share best practice across different departments Technical skills requirements: Any Graduate 0-18 months of experience Additional skills requirements: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Flair for Customer Service Willingness to work in shift Analytical frame of mind Note: Submit Your Resume |
