We are looking for aggressive target driven candidates who will join hands with Genpact

Managing end to end volumne hiring

 Searching Candidates as per the requirement.

 Generating References from data base.

 Building network of potential candidates.

 Co-ordinating with Candidates and Internal Stakeholders.

 Scheduling Interviews.

 Follow ups (Pre/Post Joining)

 Good communication skills.

 Ability to conduct mass presentations and events.

 Willingness to perform and work in all conditions.
